In order to provide the best service to all of our guests, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy: 📆Appointment Cancellations We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. *Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service. *This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client 🚫No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of scheduled service. *Future appointments may require a deposit to book. 💳Deposits Certain services (such as color corrections, blonding sessions, or longer appointments) may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. *Deposits will be applied toward your service total. *If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show , the deposit will be forfeited. ⏰Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However: *Your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled. *If we are unable to complete your service, it may be treated as a last-minute cancellation. 🤍Our commitment to you We understand that life happens.
